OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

WITH YOUR PURCHASE OFTHE BUCK69 CD “When She Whispers Your Name”
YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE ENTERED INTO THE CONTEST.

Sponsored by: TRC Consulting, Inc. 1639 Oregon Rd. Toledo Ohio 43605 sometimes referred to herein as Sponsor.

Entry period: Win the BUCK69 “Baby You're the Best Place” Contest
(The "Contest") begins at 8 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on July 1st 2007, and ends at
4:59 p.m. ET July 1st 2008.

Eligibility: The Contest is open to all fans who purchase the BUCK69 “When She Whispers Your Name” CD and who have an active e-mail account and Internet access. Employees and their immediate families (spouse, parent, sibling, child, and respective spouses) and those living in their immediate households, whether or not related, of Sponsor and its respective parents, affiliates, and subsidiaries are not eligible to enter or win a prize. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

How to enter: With each purchase you will be automatically entered to win. If you prefer not to be entered you can: (1) Send an e-mail to buck69contest@hotmail.com with the UPC Code Number on your CD. Write OPT OUT in the subject line. Or (2) write to TRC Consulting, Inc. 1639 Oregon Rd. Toledo, Ohio 43605

Prize: One winner will be randomly drawn from all entries received by 4:59 p.m. ET on July 1st 2008. The winners name, city and country will be posted on the web site. Your odds of winning will be based on total sales of CD’s on July 1st 2008.

The winner will be awarded a check in the amount of $1,069.00 (one thousand and sixty nine dollars). Prize may not be substituted. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. 1099 tax statement will be filed with the IRS for the winner. Prize will be awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Prize cannot be transferred or substituted, except by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

The name of the prizewinner can be obtained from TRC Consulting, Inc., from July 7th 2008, through July 7th, 2009, by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to Win the BUCK69 “Baby You’re the Best Place” Contest Winners name. 1639 Oregon Rd. Toledo, Ohio 43605

Claiming a prize: Winner will be notified via e-mail, within 10 days following selection of the winner, at the e-mail address that they provided with their purchase. All prizes must be claimed within 10 days. To claim their prize, the winner must respond to TRC Consulting, Inc. prize notification e-mail and complete the General Release and W-9 form included with such e-mail. An unclaimed prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternative winner randomly selected from the original pool of eligible entries for the Contest.

General conditions: By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor and the auditor, which will be final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Contest. Neither Sponsor, nor its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising, and promotion agencies, or the respective officers, directors, employees, or agents of the foregoing (collectively, the "Released Parties") are responsible for (1) any injury, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in this Contest or acceptance, possession or use of the prize; or (2) any warranty, representation, or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize. If for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Contest, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest, and judge entries from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to such action. Void where prohibited by law.
